Creating a will has never been easier! Complete this online form outlining your details and wishes. At the end of the form, you will be asked to process a $130 service fee.

Once submitted and your identity has been verfied, your will is reviewed by an APS lawyer and you will receive an email once it has been finalised with your documentation attached. Please make sure you sign your approved will to ensure that it is valid.

Before we can finalise your will, we need to verify your identity. After you’ve submitted your information, you’ll receive a text message from Equifax with a link to complete the check. It’s a simple process and should only take a few minutes - just follow the steps in the message.

Please note that we are unable to provide you with your finalised will until your identity has been verified. We’d be grateful if you could complete this as soon as convenient after receiving the SMS.
